Lync Server 2010 Web Scheduler

The Lync Web Scheduler is a tool which allows Online Meetings to be scheduled and managed via a web browser rather than using the Office Outlook add-in. This tool also allows you to invite participants via e-mail using a configured SMTP server and join, modify or delete existing conferences.

The installation process is quick and simple. The WebScheduler.msi is only 1.6MB in size and automatically creates the required virtual directories in IIS. “/scheduler” will be created in both the internal and external Lync web sites.

The next step is to configure your SMTP settings under the new virtual directories:
